This Agreement does not create a relationship of agency, partnership, or representation between HobbyistBlogs.com and User for any purpose whatsoever.
Content contained within this website is protected by federal copyright law. Any misappropriation of protected content in violation of such law will be prosecuted fully. In addition to any criminal prosecution, violators may be subject to civil penalties for any damages attributable to their violation.
